Noteefy supports all Oki Golf public courses.

Do I need to select every date manually to get alerts for my preferred days?

No, use Noteefy’s recurring search feature to get alerts for specific days of the week (like Saturdays) over multiple weeks.

You don’t need to select every single date manually. Noteefy offers a recurring search option that allows you to set alerts for specific days of the week, such as every Saturday, within your preferred time range. This is ideal for golfers who enjoy playing on the same day each week throughout the season.

However, if you want to be more selective and receive alerts only for a few specific dates, you can still manually select those dates on the calendar.

This flexibility allows you to set your alerts exactly as you prefer, whether that’s every Saturday, specific holiday weekends, or just one special round.

How do I stop notifications from Noteefy?

If you no longer want to receive notifications, here’s how to stop them.

To stop receiving notifications, click the \”Stop Notifications\” option included in the communication (either email or text message) you received from Noteefy. This will immediately stop further alerts related to that search from being sent to you. Don\’t hesitate to get in touch with customersuccess@noteefy.app with questions regarding notifications.

What happens if multiple users are alerted about the same tee time?

Tee times are first-come, first-served, so someone else may book before you.

Since tee times are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, it’s possible that multiple users could receive an alert for the same tee time. In this case, the first person to complete the booking will secure the time. If the time is already taken, Noteefy will continue searching for other available times that match your criteria and notify you when they become available.

How do I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancel or modify tee times through the course’s booking site or by contacting the Golf Shop at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Tee times must be secured with a credit card and can be canceled or modified by visiting the golf course’s online booking system where your reservation was made. Noteefy provides alerts but does not handle bookings directly.

To avoid cancellation or no-show fees, please cancel or notify the Golf Shop at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time.

How soon will I be notified when a preferred tee time becomes available?

Notifications are sent in real-time as soon as a matching tee time becomes available.

Noteefy sends alerts immediately when a tee time that matches your preferences becomes available. There’s no set amount of advance notice—it depends entirely on when a tee time is canceled or added by the course. Because tee times are first-come, first-served, it\’s a good idea to act quickly once you receive a notification.

If you’re not receiving alerts or can’t find your desired tee time, here’s how to fix it.

If you’re not receiving notifications, ensure your contact details (phone number and/or email address) are correct and up to date. Check your spam or junk email folders, as alerts might have been filtered there. Additionally, ensure your notification settings are configured correctly.

If your preferred tee time isn’t available, don’t worry! Noteefy will continue searching for a match and notify you when one becomes available. You can also adjust your search preferences, like the time or date, to improve your chances of finding an available tee time.
