Where can I buy a Players Card?

Players Cards can be purchased at any Golf Shop or in our online store. Please note, Lightspeed Golf and Lightspeed e-commerce are not connected at this time. Be sure to fill out all information requested as we will manually process your order and add it to your account. You do NOT need to sign up for a Lightspeed Retail account. Proceed as a guest and your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Can I return my Players Card?

Players Cards can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they have not been used. Extensions may be granted for medical reasons.

Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if no complimentary rounds or card benefits have been used. After 30 days, ​all Players Card sales are final. If you’re unable to use your card as a result of a health issue, extensions may be granted with a doctor’s note. Please fill out our contact form to request a medical extension.

When will my Players Card expire?

Players Cards expire March 31 of the following year. If your card is a 2023 Players Card, it expired on March 31, 2024. If you have a 2024 Players Card, it will expire on March 31, 2025.

Can I use a Players Card round immediately following my purchase?

Golfers purchasing the Platinum Players Card and any golfers renewing a card from the previous year are welcome to play one of their complimentary rounds on the day of purchase at the golf course they first visit to buy their card.

Golfers purchasing the Original Card for the first time may use a complimentary round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, Washington National Golf Club, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, or The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge; however, they may not use a complimentary round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Newcastle.

Should I throw away my card once I’ve played all of my rounds?

​NO! Your Players Card account number is on the back of the card, and cards can be used year over year. When you purchase a new card each year, the new membership is added to your existing record. 

Additionally, team members can look up your Players Card rounds with your email address or phone number. You do not need to have your card physically on your person to use your rounds.

Are there restrictions on Players Card round redemptions?

For Platinum Cardholders, your seven (7) prepaid rounds are restricted to one (1) round redemption as designated in your account (without a buy up fee) at Newcastle Coal Creek, Newcastle China Creek, Indian Summer, and Washington National. Your remaining three (3) rounds are flex rounds that can be played anytime at our other five (5) public courses.
  • 1 round at Indian Summer: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
  • 1 round at Newcastle Coal Creek: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
  • 1 round at Newcastle China Creek: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
  •  1 round at Washington National: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
  • 3 flex rounds: Play any day of the week, any time of day at Harbour Pointe, Hawks Prairie, Redmond Ridge, and Trophy Lake. Play anytime Monday-Thursday and after 2pm at Indian Summer and Washington National. Play before 2pm Friday-Sunday at Indian Summer and Washington National for a $25 buy up fee. Play anytime at Newcastle China Creek for a $50 buy up fee.
NEW for the 2024 Platinum Players Card: Receive seven (7) 50% off guest passes with your Platinum Players Card purchase:
  • Valid for 50% off the public rate, Monday-Thursday and after 2pm on Friday-Sunday
  • Must play with Platinum Card Holder
  • Limit one guest pass redemption per round

Weekday 3-Pack Cardholders can redeem their rounds anytime Monday-Thursday and after 2:00 pm Friday-Sunday. Rounds may be played at any public Oki Golf course, with an upcharge of $25 at China Creek and $50 at Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.

How many Players Card rounds do I have left?

Log in to your online profile and navigate to the Packages section. This section of your profile shows all active and expired packages (for example, Players Card and membership round packages.) There are two tabs — Active and Expired — where you can keep track of which rounds you\’ve used.

Each package shows the current usage, including any future bookings that are using that package. For example, the first package below has a usage of 1 of 4. This means that 1 round has been used and 3 rounds remain. Packages found under Expired Packages have either expired or all rounds in the package have been used. 

How many rounds can I play at one course?

Platinum Players Cardholders: You may use up to six rounds at any one course except China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Limit of one (1) complimentary round at both China Creek and Coal Creek. 

Weekday 3-Pack Cardholders: Redeem your three rounds at any public Oki Golf course, with an upcharge of $25 at China Creek and $50 at Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Original Players Cardholders: Redeem your complimentary round at Washington National, China Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge, or The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie.

Online Orders

I’m buying my Players Card online today, but I have a tee time at an Oki Golf course tomorrow that I want to use a round for. Can I have my card expedited?

Players Cards are manually entered into your Chronogolf account by Home Office staff. If you purchase a card during weekday business hours, orders are typically processed same day.

Players Cards ordered online over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will not be processed until the following Monday (Tuesday if it\’s a holiday weekend.)

To redeem your card at the course: print out your e-mail confirmation and bring a photo ID along with you to the Golf Shop.  If you are a new cardholder, a team member will activate a barcoded membership card for you and allow you to redeem a complimentary round. Physical cards are not given to returning cardholders.

If you do not have your e-mail confirmation, the golf staff will offer you the discounted Players Card rate but will not allow the redemption of a complimentary round.
